How I do a thread lift: step by step
1) Consultation and planning
First, I examine your skin, assess its condition, age, and individual characteristics, and determine which threads will be best for you. I make markings — lines along which the threads will pass to achieve the desired lifting effect.
2) Skin preparation and anesthesia
I treat the skin with an antiseptic for maximum protection. Then I apply local anesthesia - cream or injection, depending on the area. General anesthesia is not required, everything is as comfortable as possible.
3) Introduction of threads
Through micropunctures in the skin using a thin cannula or a special needle, I insert threads under the skin. They are gently placed in the tissues and, thanks to microincisions, are fixed, holding the tissues in a new position. The threads can be absorbable or not - we choose this in advance.
4) Fixation and modeling
After the threads are installed, I easily model the tissues with my hands — forming a new facial contour, smoothing wrinkles, and tightening the oval. It doesn't hurt, and the effect is noticeable immediately.
5) Completion
I treat the skin with an antiseptic, apply a light bandage or plaster to the puncture sites. If necessary, I apply a soothing cream or cooling gel.
6) Post-procedure instructions
After the procedure, I explain in detail how to care for your skin, what to avoid in the first few days, and when to come for a check-up. This is important for a perfect result.

During the first few days, do not wet your face, do not apply makeup, and do not touch the area of the procedure. After that, be careful, without rubbing or pressing. This will help avoid irritation and ensure that the skin is clean.
How to sleep after a facelift:
It is very important to sleep on your back with the head elevated for at least 2 weeks. This reduces swelling and prevents the threads from shifting under the skin. Sleeping on your side or stomach can put pressure on the areas of intervention.
Avoid excessive facial expressions:
For the first 2 weeks, try to move your face less - do not chew hard food, do not laugh widely, do not make sudden head movements. The threads should be fixed in the correct position.
Physical activity - a pause:
Do not play sports, do not lift heavy objects for at least 2 weeks. This will reduce the risk of swelling and help the threads "take root". Also avoid baths, saunas, hot tubs.
Tanning and massage - wait:
You should not tan, do massage, peels or other active procedures on your face for at least 1-2 months. The skin is recovering, and any additional stress can affect the result.
