How is the procedure performed?
The post-acne laser resurfacing procedure is performed using the I-LASER 1470 device, which uses laser pulses to remove the top layer of skin and stimulate cell renewal. The laser selectively affects areas with scars and irregularities, destroying them and promoting the production of collagen and elastin. An anesthetic cream is applied before the procedure for the patient's comfort. After the session, there may be slight redness and swelling, which disappear within a few days, and the skin gradually becomes smooth and healthy.
