After polylactic acid injections, recovery is usually easy and quick. In the first hours, redness, slight swelling or sensitivity in the injection area is possible - this is a normal reaction that resolves on its own within 1-3 days. Bruising is rare, but may occur with individual predisposition.
After the procedure, the effect gradually increases and reaches its peak 2-3 months after the last procedure.
To ensure the best result and avoid complications, it is recommended during the first 5-7 days:
- avoid high temperatures (sauna, bath, hot tub);
- limit physical activity;
- do not drink alcohol in the first 24 hours.
You can return to your usual rhythm of life the next day after the procedure.
